The share of public funds had been decreasing until 2017, when it finally increased slightly in comparison to the previous year for the first time in five years. The share of public funds in 2017 was 35.57%. The growth continued and in 2021 the share of public funds was 46.35%. Thus, the growth exceeded the share from 2010, when the share of public funds was 40,01%. The largest contribution to the increase in the share of public funds in 2021 was due to an increase in funding from the Ministry of Labor, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, namely payments to personal assistance providers. In 2022, the share of public funds was 44,76%, which is lower than the previous year.
